I believe I speak for most gentlemen when I say, I don't want to be part of the process - do everything and I just want to show up. That was my mentality until I was blessed to work with Polished Concepts for some major events in my life. It started with proposing to my now wife and realizing that an engagement party to celebrate her graduating Graduate School and our Engagement was on the table. Neither of us knew how the details would work out, but she knew what she generally wanted. Hopelessly staring at each other, she outlined a company she knew of called Polished Concepts. I said yes to whatever would help settle her brain and whatever would have me do less of the work. Little did I know, Polished Concepts would be everything you can dream of and beyond. As much as I didn't have any creativity initially, they supported me with involving me in aspect decisions that I didn't know I cared about until asked well; I'm logical, a design needs to logistically make sense to me. Polished Concepts used that to their advantage and I was part of the process without even realizing it. I felt valued in the celebration without being weighed down with heavy decisions or major aspects. They did all the heavy lifting, both literally and figuratively. All of our guests had such an amazing time, we had to involve them in our wedding.
I will say initially, I did not understand why we would needed to because our venue was already setup with their structure. I clearly knew nothing about wedding design, planning and decorating. What seemed to me a standard layout from the venue was brought to life with color, etiquette, and a theme that impressed us - even beyond the scales and templates they showed of what it would look like. Whatever is laid out on paper, turns out even more beautiful in person. Yet another instance where I initially didn't care to be part of the process, however, they are so subtle with how they invoke ideas and thoughts out of you. They get to know you so well that when they ask you a question, it's tactical to the innovations you want - no time is ever wasted, no thought or inquiry is for nothing. Very elegant with their approach to taking ideas that you thought about and making them real.
Polished Concepts went so far as to design a few smaller events for my wife and I; her Bridal shower and a Surprise Birthday party for myself. More beautiful concepts that she took skeleton ideas of and brought them to life with vibrancy, structure, intuition of who the event is being catered to and overall, an experience you will never forget. Need I say lastly, while all these amazing things may seem expensive and costly, Polished Concepts knows and understand the value of a dollar and will provide exquisite product within the budget you establish - what you value will be reflected in the event produced.
Any future events book with Polished Concepts - nothing is worth more.
