Once we review your inquiry, we’ll schedule a consultation to dive deeper into your event goals. If everything aligns, we’ll outline your needs and present a customized proposal with event details and pricing.
To move forward, clients sign a contract and submit a non-refundable retainer. From there, we begin curating the event—refining the design, securing vendors, coordinating logistics, and ensuring all details align with your vision. Clients approve all major design elements before production.
On event day, we take care of everything. From finalizing logistics with vendors and venues to overseeing seamless execution, we ensure every detail is handled with precision, transparency, and expert coordination—so you can enjoy the moment stress-free.
Our process begins with an inquiry form to help us understand your vision and event needs. From there, we schedule a consultation call to align on goals, logistics, and budget expectations. Once we’ve confirmed direction, you’ll receive a proposal including your payment schedule and agreement. After the contract is signed and the retainer is submitted, we begin the design and planning phase — with all details clearly outlined to ensure a seamless, collaborative experience.
Due to every event being unique, we don’t offer set pricing. Each experience is customized based on scale, creative direction, and logistics. After your consultation, you'll receive a tailored proposal that reflects your event’s specific needs.
All events require a non-refundable retainer to secure your date. Installment payments are outlined transparently, and if a cancellation occurs, any unused, unallocated funds may be eligible for refund — excluding the retainer and any expenses already incurred. Clients are also entitled to receive purchased items associated with the event. Final payment timelines are clearly defined in your contract; failure to meet payment deadlines may result in cancellation without refund. Full cancellation terms are outlined in the agreement for clarity and protection on both sides.
Our minimum planning window is 2 months for intimate or smaller-scale events. However, we understand that some celebrations come together on a shorter timeline. We offer tailored planning packages depending on the event’s scope, so reach out early so we can accommodate your vision with care and detail.
