OUR PROCESS

STEP 01 : Submit Your Inquiry

Every great event starts with a conversation. Fill out our inquiry form so we can gather key details—your vision, guest count, and budget. This helps us assess the scope of your event and ensure we’re the right fit.

STEP 02 : Consultation & Proposal

Once we review your inquiry, we’ll schedule a consultation to dive deeper into your event goals. If everything aligns, we’ll outline your needs and present a customized proposal with event details and pricing.

STEP 03 : Secure Your Date & Planning Begins

To move forward, clients sign a contract and submit a non-refundable retainer. From there, we begin curating the event—refining the design, securing vendors, coordinating logistics, and ensuring all details align with your vision. Clients approve all major design elements before production.

STEP 04 : Event Execution & Coordination

On event day, we take care of everything. From finalizing logistics with vendors and venues to overseeing seamless execution, we ensure every detail is handled with precision, transparency, and expert coordination—so you can enjoy the moment stress-free.

HOW DOES YOUR PROCESS WORK ?

Inquiry, questionnaire, we establish the budget, we create the payment agreement, I send over the contract and payment methods

WHAT IS YOUR PRICING ?

Varies per event

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

 All clients give a non-refundable retainer that varies per event. Installments are made and there is a clear outline of where the costs are going. If a client wants a refund it can be returned any unspent funds along with any items that have been purchased. All of that is sans the retainer and if applicable, but I haven’t had that issue to elaborate on. If a client cancels the event they have 30 days before the event date to receive their items, but depending on the event scale and how many weeks after 30 days there are varying costs they can owe. The contract is also null and void with no refund if clients fail to pay by their due date which is established with them at the time of signing the contract. I typically draft those again based on the event, scale etc…so maybe that isn’t necessary for the site. 

WHAT IS YOUR TYPICAL TIMELINE FOR PLANING AN EVENT?

Depending on the scale our minimum is 2 months for smaller events for example, I think the business isn’t flowing at that frequency yet to have dates pushed out so far so, but I do like the tailored services for shorter timelines bit
